I purchased this coverlet because I was looking for a kind of lighter comforter because I am a hot sleeper. The representative, whose name is Nancy, and who I spoke to on the phone was very patient with me and she suggested a coverlet instead of a light comforter. Well I found a coverlet that had the sage colors I liked and ordered it. Nancy told me I would love it and she was so very on target. It lays on my bed no nicely and I love the feel of it on my face.

This summer coverlet was a staggeringly expensive choice, just for me, but I needed something to help me sleep in this crazy weather. It had to be soft and hypoallergenic, but not cling, to protect me from the air-conditioning but not overheat. I thought nobody but me would ever see it, so the elegance didn't figure heavily in my choice. It was barely even on sale. But then, when very important company came, it turned out everybody wanted to hang out with me in my downstairs sickroom. They all want to sit on my pleasant bed and laugh and socialize, especially the most important guest of all. I'm sitting here proud of my blanket. I recommend it. If you want this coverlet you should have it, and it will make an excellent gift all by itself.

Does the Summer Palm Reversible Coverlet - Multi have a fill material? If so, is it cotton or cotton and polypropylene? How does its warmth compare to that of the Morgan quilted coverlet denim?

A: The Summer Palm Reversible Coverlet does not have a fill. The Linear vermicelli stitching adds nice texture. Since the Morgan Quilted Coverlet does have a fill, this will be warmer than the Summer Palm. Either coverlet can be used it on its own or layered with a duvet or blanket when the temperature drops.
