They do not pill. They are breathable. I’ve bought 3 pairs and will continue buying these as long as you keep making! Best pjs ever! I wish these came in solid colors! The quality of these are really great. I’ve tried several other brands, all fell short to these. I prefer this fabric with the button down top. The sizing is generous. I’m sure I could size down one but I prefer my jammies oversized for comfort. I am 5’5”, 125lbs and purchased size Small.

I love larger baggy pants for sleeping, (I’m 145#, 5’5”), so I purchased a large size. These are comfy, look good, are about 1-2 inches too long, and I am glad I bought them, but next time I will try a medium size. Because I think I found my dream jammies!
