Lightweight cover feels like linen. My only complaint is that the instructions say “spot clean only.” Who wants a white pillow cover that you can’t wash. I didn’t read the instructions when I first got it and washed it in cold and hung it to dry. It’s no worse for wear and I’ll do it again when it gets dirty, but rule followers need to know what the manufacturer suggests
