The Legends Hotel Supreme Down Pillow in the King size Medium density has 24 oz. of fill; the firm density in King size has 28 oz. of fill and the extra-firm density in King size has 39 oz. of fill. Our Legends Luxury Royal Down Pillow has a 430-thread count cover thats jacquard woven in an elegant silky windowpane motif. We recommend either of these pillows for a silky, soft feel. Hi Sharon ~ Thank you for your inquiry. If you are a side sleeper, we recommend our Legends Hotel Supreme Down Pillow in the firm density, item# pp48. Any type of down will sleep warm so I am not sure if it is a down pillow you need. We do offer the Ultra-Cooling Pillow, item pp91. This pillow is a great choice for warm sleepers and is ideal for all sleep positions. Also there is the Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow item# pp15. This is a firm pillow and is covered in our unique cooling fabric with our diamond quilted pattern to enhance your comfort even more.
