Designed for back sleepers, the Shoulder Posture Pillow naturally draws shoulders back to counter hunching back and slouching shoulders. It effectively expands the chest and increases oxygen flow while also helping to reduce pressure points on the back by adding extra cushioning. Another plus, this pillow does not clump or lose shape. It takes a bit of struggling to fit it over the pillow, but I managed. May I suggest adding a zipper? Has a good fit however.

How do you sleep on it? Your other specialty pillows show sleepers using the pillow, so you can see how they are used. There isn't any picture with this pillow that does that, and I can't quite determine how you would lay on it.
