Now, in 2026- I didn't want to pay for the price for them, so I bought the Down Free ones. I am more than pleased, they are squishable - just like the down, comfortable, soft but sturdy. If I didn't know about down, I wouldn't know the difference.... I sleep with one down and one down-free. I have to really think about it to figure out which is which. Thank you Company store.

How do I clean these down-free Company Essentials pillows?

Hi Debbie. The Company Down Free Medium Density 2 Pack Pillows. NOTE: For best wash, use a front loading commercial machine. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, with like colors and mild detergent. Do not dry clean, bleach, or steam. Tumble dry low, air fluff, or no heat. Dryer balls recommended. Remove promptly from dryer. May be professionally laundered. Thank you for your inquiry.

We are looking for a standard size down free pillow, but like the feel of down. We sleep on our backs and sometimes on our side. We hate hot pillows. Which pillow would you recommend.

Hi Sandy - Thank you for your inquiry. Best practice is to always follow the care instructions that came with your pillow. The Company Essentials Down-Free pillows can be laundered with warm water on a gentle cycle. To dry, we recommend using wool dryer balls on a low-heat setting to prevent the fill from clumping (this may take several cycles). It is also very important to ensure that your pillow is completely dry before using or storing away.
