With an ultra-comfy fit and cool, crisp hand, our classic women's nightshirt is like sleeping in your favorite button-down shirt. Part of our Rifle Paper Co. x The Company Store collection.

I received an XL poplin nightshirt to review. I am 5’10” and sometimes nightshirts can be quite short, but this one was a nice length and hits closer to the knee than most. The sleeves were also long enough. It holds up well in the wash and doesn’t wrinkle too bad. The feel of the material is very crisp and crinkles a little more than I expected but that isn’t a deal breaker for me. It is cool and light weight so it will make a nice spring and early summer nightshirt.

Beautiful nightshirt

I’m absolutely in love with this gorgeous, 100% cotton sleep shirt. It is so hard to find quality natural fiber clothes, so I was thrilled with this beautiful poplin option. Rifle Paper always has the most stunning patterns and the vibrancy and detail on this night shirt are no exception. It is lightweight, crisp, and comfortable. As a 41-year old mom, I’m thrilled with its breathability (hello perimenopause!) and washability while still being cute for wearing around the house. I did not notice much, if any shrinkage and because it is a sleep shirt, I didn’t find the way it came out of the wash to require ironing.
My one caveat is that I feel like it is slightly small depending on your proportions. I am an hourglass and usually a size 10/12 and would generally pick a large but selected the XL to protect against potential shrinkage and I’m glad I did as I feel like it fits just right.

Hi Barb. The Rifle Paper Co. Poplin Women's Nightshirt.is made from a lightweight cotton poplin. When laundered according to instructions, warm iron only as needed. For care, we recommend: Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle with like colors. Use only non-chlorine bleach as needed. Tumble dry low with like colors. Warm iron as needed. Over time, the fabric will soften and wrinkle less. Thank you for your inquiry.
