we couldn’t be happier with this buy from company store. We first of all, absolutely love this wedge pillow. It NEVER had feathers coming through. It’s firm and sturdy. Perfect for sitting Up in bed. But the pillows we used for a long time, waiting for the shams. We are delighted now to have the set. The shams fit well, not too tight but not loose either. Soft fabric. Nice zipper. As someone else mentioned, unfortunately, the casual and loose “quilting” detail stitches aren’t finished off properly so one of them is loosening on the edge. But other than that it’s perfect. Reading the reviews, it’s disappointing to see people giving a lower score for trivial matters like timing or shipping. The most important qualities to me for buying and feeling brand loyal and satisfied is QUALITY. Never lower your quality, and you have a customer for life from us. I’d rather save and buy it and enjoy it for a long time and relish in the comfort rather than save a few dollars for cheap or synthetic materials. Yuck. Company Store has our hearts!!!

This is the BEST cover for these pillows - just kidding, its the ONLY cover for these pillows. Its beautiful and lovely - the only reason for the 4 versus 5 stars is the back ordering process stinks. Because I used paypal, the authorization expired as it was over 6 weeks to ship it from backordered, the request for updated payment was an email that went to my junk mail, and when they went to reprocess the order for the sham, they charged me the whole order again (pillows plus shams) - it took a supervisor to be able to process the whole thing correctly and an additional 45 minutes on the phone.
