Thin, soft, but cool!
I only gave this pillow 3 stars because it is much thinner than I expected. It is very soft and doesn’t offer much support. I put another thin pillow under it and it’s a better thickness. The cooling feature is great for my hot head!

I really like it
The pillow is great - not too hard, not too soft, not too high (I am 5’3” and it is the perfect height for my neck). It didn’t smell and comes with a washable cover. I really like it.

How firm is this pillow? The issue I've been encountering with memory foam pillows is that they might be thick but they don't provide any support. You head ends up sinking too far down in the pillow and you end up getting a kink in your neck.

Does this pillow take time to off-gas? I've had memory foam pillows in the past that had a chemical smell to them for several weeks until they off-gassed (or until I got used to the smell, I suppose!).
