Will the Organic Cotton Sateen Mattress/Box Spring Protector work as a replacement for my Purple 4 mattress? It needs replacing and Purple does not sell their own mattress encasements. It needs to be breathable so the Purple mattress gel grid can breathe.

I have a new mattress that I love but the fabric is designed to keep one cool and the fitted sheet slips and it doesn’t want to stay tucked in because of that. My mattress is 12 1/2 inches — would the 12 inch work? Snug fit most likely which is ok.
