It's hard to find a 100% cotton mattress pad. I was so excited about this one based on the reviews. I should have listened more to the bad ones though. I loved it when taking it out of the bag. I followed the washing instructions before putting it on my bed, only to find that the cotton inner fill had bunched in about 1/4 of the small quilted sections. It's now incredibly lumpy. I'll be returning.

This topper is well made and nice quality, but there is no clarification on the site about how the 11" depth fits the mattress and whether that 11" depth measurement includes material for tuck, as in the total, or if it's 11" plus extra for tucking.
My mattress is ~11-12" thick, this topper does technically fit it, but just barely, so the 11" depth on the site doesn't really include any tuck extra. The sides are stretchy though, so over time I'm sure it'll fit a bit better.

My queen mattress is 11.5" deep/thick. I am not sure why you do not sell this mattress pad in a standard pocket queen size. Would the deep-pocket fit snugly on my mattress? I do not want it loose.

what is the reason for this mattress pad not being okotex certified?

Hi Barbara. OEKO‑TEX® certification must be held by the factory that manufactures the product, and the certification must cover the exact fabrics, constructions, and materials used. In this case, the supplier who produces this item does not currently hold an OEKO‑TEX® certification for these materials. Because of that, we are not able to label the item as certified. While the Company Cotton™ Mattress Pad is not currently Oeko Tex certified, we take extensive measures to ensure that our products meet stringent governmental regulations and safety standards.
