I just purchased 1 firm, and 2 medium, king size pillows. I was expecting the same quality, including loft, resilience, and cover. The filling on the medium is much less than ones purchased a couple of years ago, and the cover is no longer a soft finely woven fabric, but a heavy, crinkly, fabric which adds weight and is uncomfortable to sleep on, cuddle up in.... The firm if it had a finely woven cover instead of the bulky thick cover, would be more like the old mediums I have. And don't get me started on their $20+ dust mite resistant pillow protectors.... they too are crinkly and take the prize for hard to budge wrinkles! Have been a customer of CS since at least the 80's...... will not try this again! Home Depot's influence has not been positive.... from a customer's standpoint.

There is no comparison between the old and the new. The new pillow is Super Soft, flattens as soon as you lay your head on it and remains flat for a long time. This pillow offers No support. I ordered a lot of items from CA going all the way back to the 80’s. I still have my first down duvet that I bought over 40 years ago the my grandson and his wife are using and they love it. It still lofty, fabric top notch with no feathers poking through.
Current quality of CS products is sub par.
What was once a reliable source for high quality down bedding is no longer that and it makes me sad.😐
