I’m pretty disappointed. We have a company store comforter from many many years ago that we love. It’s so buttery soft and light, perfect coolness when hot and warmth when cold. I wanted to replace it. I want the same exact quality but newer and cleaner. That is not what I got. I feel like the comforters just aren’t the same anymore. I bought one, it was a percale shell and felt like plastic. I reached out to customer service (which was excellent) and they suggested a cotton satin shell comforter to try and achieve the feel of our original one. So I returned the original comforter, spent twice as much money only to receive a slightly softer, still stiff and rough to the touch comforter. It’s very disappointing to have spent so much, returned an d bought another, per their suggestion, and still not be happy the quality. If you are looking for the same comforter you bought years ago, you won’t find her.
