This may be a one-off, but just the same, I had to return it immediately. When we received this blanket and removed it from the box, I knew it would be a keeper. After we washed it in we noticed it had several areas that were pulled and frayed. I was entirely disappointed and I have returned the blanket. Great blankets like this are hard to find and as I said, I hope the fraying is an anomoly for this particular piece. It's too bad because it's a really beautiful blanket.

It would be very helpful if your blankets had some sort of warmth rating. I have theLegends Luxury Egyptian Cotton Blanket and am trying to find a slightly warmer cotton blanket. This is very difficult to do without some sort of rating.

Hi Deborah. Our blankets do not have a warmth rating. For a warmer blanket, check the product details for a 100% cotton blanket and a higher GSM number. We recommend the Legends Luxury Ellington Cotton Blanket, item 85037, 450 GSM or our Company Cotton Cotton Weave Blanket, item KO33 ,420 GSM. Thank you for your inquiry.

I need a lightweight King blanket which is not subject to pulls from cats' kneading the blanket. In addition, I need a blanket which doesn't hold cat hair. Would this be a solution? If not, do you have an alternate?
