I have never had Linen before, so this is a new experience. Initially, the material seemed rougher than I would have liked. With each wash it is supposed to get softer and softer.. the initial downfalls to linen that I see are the fact that it wrinkles so easily, which is hard for me to manage. Definitely need a steamer. Also getting through the initial washes with excess lint. All of these qualities are normal for a linen product. Overall, I love the quality, the stitching, the natural fabric that has an elevated lock when it’s not wrinkled, the ties for the comforter inside. I also love that the duvet cover is oversized , however, the dimensions are clearly listed on the website so that you can look for a proper comforter to fit inside. I am coming to Love linen and would love to try the sheets as well as I read another review that said it can help with EMF.

Fit was nice. Not too hard to put on. The feel was too rough for me. I like extra soft. The smell was horrible. I could not get past it. So unfortunately I could not use it. The laundering did not help. Smell was still there.

I liked the thickness of the material for a duvet cover. I did not like though how it becomes a ball in the washer/dryer. Tough to get it not to be wrinkled on your bed. I’m hoping it get softer in time like the label says.

We have replaced this collection with our Legends Hotel™ Premium Breathable Washed Linen Solid Duvet Cover, item 51386D, introduced in our Winter 2024 Season. Both are 100% Linen and are garment washed. This new collection offers a wider variety of color choices, and will be very similar to our previous collection. Contact us at 1-800-323-8000 to request a swatch of the fabric prior to purchase. Thank you for your inquiry.
