Thank you for your feedback regarding your purchase of our exceptional quality Company Cotton™ Classic Ultra-Cozy Cotton Flannel Fitted Bed Sheet.  Pilling is natural for flannel material, shedding and pilling will diminish with each wash (machine wash cold, gentle cycle, tumble dry low).  A gentle washing cycle reduces how much the sheets rub together while in the laundry, which can help reduce pilling.  Pilling is a result of friction and is a natural process that happens to most flannel fabrics, even the most luxurious ones. Pilling can often be seen on fitted sheets near the foot of the bed where frequent abrasive movement can occur.  If you toss and turn at night more than usual, or dry your sheets too long, you also will find greater pilling. However, if you are truly unsatisfied with your purchase, we do note that you are within our holiday return policy and your order may be returned through 1/15/25.
