It's incredibly difficult to find 100% cotton nightshirts. These are attractive and the fabric is very high quality. I have 3 and am a true size small. But I finally learned to buy a medium as they shrink a whole size after washing and drying!

I followed your washing instructions, cold water wash and dry on low.I couldn't believe how much it shrunk, particularly length wise. You should change instructions to line dry. It fit true to size before washing it.

This cotton nightshirt is extremely comfortable. I've started wearing it now that nights are cooling off in Northern California. Doesn't shrink in the laundry, warm wash and dry. It fits well, just above the knee: sz M, I'm 5'3"", 135 lbs.
