I love this Coverlet! It is quilted and the Taupe is a very nice and neutral color. The main thing for me though is the dimensions. I love the fact that it is 96"" square! I use it as a bedspread and cover the pillows we use when sleeping, and it amply covers our sheets on the sides of the bed too. We have a queen size bed, and I used to buy quilts with shams. I was forever tugging at the quilt to adequately cover my bedding. I don't want everyone to see the sheets I sleep on and more importantly I want to buy whatever sheets I feel like and not concern myself about matching. We live in South Florida so the weight is perfect and most often we remove the coverlet at bedtime so we're not too warm. We leave it on the bed at night if we run into a cold spell as we have lately, and it is machine washable which also checks off a very important box for me.

Is this coverlet shrink free.? I have had other coverlets and after dry cleaning they are uneven and shrink in size. They were imported. I love C Store products !

A: Dry cleaning will not shrink, it has no water content. Water, agitation, and heat are the properties that affect fabrics, and cotton will typically shrink 3%.
