One nice feature is that they come with a built-in liner attached, which adds a bit of extra weight and helps them hang more smoothly while providing slightly better light diffusion and a touch more privacy than a plain unlined linen would. That said, these are not blackout curtains—even with the liner, they’re more of a light-filtering sheer/linen blend that lets plenty of soft natural light through during the day. If you’re looking for something to block out morning sun or create a truly dark sleeping environment, these won’t do the trick on their own (I’d pair them with a separate blackout layer if needed). The price is definitely on the higher side for what you get, especially compared to similar linen-look options from other brands. The natural feel of this linen curtain made my room feel very light and breezy. With a light-filtering, white lining, the 96” panel had loops and a pocket for a rod, which was nice to have options. It let light in the room but did not darken the room when closed fully. Though the fabric was 100% cotton, care instructions indicated to dry clean only, which I would do so as to not cause fabric shrinkage.
