I have an all cotton mattress pad (Co Store) on it and it works well. The only reason I gave a 4vstar is that the straps do not fit the bed well. Not sure whether it's the angle, the depth on the pad, or what. Without a pad on top, I'm not sure that it wouldn't move about. I am very happy with the purchase.

Can this be easily rolled up and stored? I'm looking for a topper for a sofa bed that is usually used as sofa. I don't need the topper most of the time. I need a topper that I can roll up and store in my closet.

When I received it the wool was soft and smooth as shown in the pictures, but after washing and drying the fibers became sort of ""clumped"" together. It's still soft but the texture isn't as nice. What can be done to restore the original texture?
