I replaced a very old down blanket I use in summer with this one. It is plenty warm, but the fabric of the shell is very noisy and not very soft. It feels cheap.

A: Hi Kathleen ~ The Down Throw has 10 oz of down and is 50 x 70. I would recommend the Twin Down Blanket 11068F which has 13 oz of down and is 66 x 96. The blanket is larger and would cover him more. Thank you for your inquiry.
