I bought the festive tree pattern to put at the bottom of guest bed. I like the red and green trees but not the weight of throw: it's too heavy for me. Quite pretty; so too bad. I'll return it.

Not as soft as I like my throws to be but good enough to use as a decoration on a bed or couch for the holidays. Not for actual use. It is very pretty that is why I gave it three stars.

You do not state if you have washed the throw but we normally recommend washing according to instructions (machine wash cold, gentle cycle, tumble dry low, warm iron if needed) before using which will generally relax the fabric after being packaged to bring out the softness. I bought this for a dear friend and she says she wraps herself in this throw's softness and thinks of me! She is like a daughter to me. Speaking of daughters, she does not let her three little ones use it because "" it's Mommy's"".
