I paid $73 for a print that showed up damaged and they have made it absolutely impossible to return. I was offered a 25% discount if I returned the print and purchased another one.... So I offered to keep the damaged print if they responded 25% of my money they refuse to do that and would only accept a return and repurchase and I am still waiting for you UPS to come and pick up the return and it's now been two weeks.... I am absolutely disgusted with this company and the way they choose to do business.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear the Company Kids™ Jungle Wall Art - Green arrived in less than perfect condition. This product ships directly from the manufacture, however, we take responsibility for your experience. This has been reported to the vendor. We see that you reached out to our customer service group on the day that you received your delivery. We offered a return for a full refund and sent to you via email our postage free UPS return label on the same day, with our apologies. We offered you a discount should you decide to reorder the product, however you indicated that you did not wish to do that. We have responded to your social media contacts and contacted you via telephone. The UPS return label is good for a 30 days and your package can be dropped of at any UPS store or station at your convenience. When you let our customer service group know this was not convenient for you, as a courtesy, we issued a UPS call tag or pick up. The same day you were emailed the instructions for a smooth pick up experience, including the date the pick up will occur. Upon tracking, UPS states that your package was not ready or available for pick up, upon their 3 scheduled attempts for pick up by the UPS driver. At this point, you may still return your product using the UPS postage free return label, as you are still within the initial 30 day period, or in the alternative, please contact us at 1-800-323-8000 so that we may issue another call tag for pick up, if you are able to have the package ready to go.
