We are pleased to offer free ground shipping to contiguous U.S. states on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 will be charged an $8.99 flat rate shipping fee. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories a $30 shipping fee applies. Returns are accepted within 30 days on all regular price items. Clearance items ending in $.97 are final sale. Please note, refunds will be returned to the original payment method, minus a shipping fee of $4.50 per item.

While I loved the rug when I received it, within 2 weeks it looks like it is 10 years old. It is only my husband and I but the rug immediately looks dirty and worn and there is no way to clean it.

A: Hi Grace. The Hand-Hooked Indoor/Outdoor Rug backing cloth is recycled cotton fabric. Polyester, viscose, and other fibers may be present. Simply put it is a recycled cotton blend backing. We recommend using a rug pad underneath to reduce slipping.
