This is such a hard uncomfortable pillow I hate it! I have it over a week, it did not help my neck pain. I would actually wane up in more pain. I hate it.

I have been buying and using this type of pillow for years. Because it is not perfect, I have also tried out several other pillows along the way. But I’ve decided that the Duo Sleep Neck Posture Pillow is the best for me. It supports my neck on the half moon side and offers an alternative kind of support on the other side. The neck support area does become flattened after a while, but that is probably true for any filled pillow. I am a small-to-average sized woman, so it might not be the best pillow for a large person.

If this Duo Sleep Neck Posture Pillow design, filled with the competitor material existed, it would be the perfect pillow for neck/ head pain.
