Returns are accepted within 30 days on all regular price items. Clearance items ending in $.97 are final sale. It feels amazingly soft, like kitten fur, and seems well made. I got the pink, which is pretty straight-forward pink, but it's not too bright or too pastel. The tactile element makes me want the blanket, too
