I have only been able to use this product a few times as it is extremely poor quality. The comforter ""billows"" in the washer and cannot get cleaned properly because of this. My family has purchased items for several years from this store but this purchase was not satisfactory at all. Although I did purchase this item a two years back, I never wrote a review as I did not think they could do anything about it despite all of the money I spent on something I really cannot use for my son's room. I am not surprised to see the other negative reviews and I'm surpirsed they are still selling this inferior product.

In these instances, a discount is offered on a replacement purchase, and we see that has already been offered to you. You do not state what type of washer you are using, but front loading washers work best for washing comforters (wash in cold, gentle cycle, tumble dry low). I always love everything I purchase from the Company Store, so this is the first time I have not been happy with a product. Its rather bulky when you try to wash it and every ""patch"" expands and ""bubbles up"" thus preventing me from putting it in my very large washer. I need to take it to the laundry matt for their huge washer every time. It never looked ""right"" on the bed as its just not made up to usual standards. I love the company, and every other product, but this one is just not up to par.

Disappointed in the non- color fast nature of the red dye. We can live with it, but for the price I expected more.

Now, after washing once again, it has bled again. The color bleed this time is less significant, but it is still very noticeable. It's really a shame because the quality and weight of the comforter is lovely. But no one wants a bleeding star comforter!
