I ordered a fitted bottom Jersey sheet but received a sheet equal to a rubber feeling sheet. I have ordered many Jersey sheets in the past and this definitely was not it! I will assume it is an error.

You are correct that this is not the jersey sheets you have ordered in the past as this sheet is waterproof and is laminated with a super-thin layer of waterproof thermoplastic polyurethane, providing quiet protection for your mattress. The waterproof layer is breathable, yet waterproof, due to the microscopic pores which allow air to pass, but not water droplets. In reviewing your account, we note that you have previously ordered our regular jersey sheets (item 50703L), which are not waterproof and are sold as a set. We do have a 30-day return policy (with the exception of clearance and monogrammed items). Should you wish to return the waterproof fitted sheet, simply follow the instructions in the link we have provided below to have a UPS return label sent to your email. Beware it Stains
I used this product immediately upon arrival. Unfortunately it really stains and the stains didn't come out even though I prespotted it with stain remover Immediately and washed it right away. Disappointed.
