She is a 40# Cowboy Corgi (half Corgi, half Blue Heeler) and I ordered her jammies in a size Large. It was a perfect fit. The quality is really nice. The pajamas are high quality but a bit difficult to put on. My dog also doesn't seem to be able to move freely in them due to the lack of stretch in the fabric. I think a cotton knit material with some spandex would be better.
