I wanted to like this and when it arrived i was thrilled with the quality and detail. The issue is once you unfold and put on the bed, it stretches almost to the floor, way beyond the cover quilt. It's also a bit heavier than I thought, although it was July when we received it and it worked well with the A/C as well as the windows open for cool nights. It's just too hard to deal with its length which is too bad because I lived with a King blanket that was too short length wise for several yrs and couldn't wait to have this one. Sadly I am returning and in search of yet a Cal King length summer blanket.

I bought this blanket a few weeks ago. It’s a beautiful color and lightweight for summer. The King size has lots of length and width so you’re able to tuck in the sizes even with an additional mattress top.

I really liked this blanket, but I just washed it for the first time, and it has a hole and several pulls. I followed the instructions. Gentle cycle and dryer on low. I would not purchase this blanket.

A: Hi Kimberly. Regarding the Montclair Blanket. Care instructions can be found on the webpage: Machine wash cold. Wash separately. Do not tumble dry. A tag that says ""No Tumble Dry"" means don't use a dryer but instead follow other directions, such as hanging the item to dry. Do not tumble dry means that the item should not be placed in the dryer to tumble dry. If your garments care label is showing the do not tumble dry laundry symbol, it means that the garment is delicate, cannot be placed in the dryer, and must be air or line dried. Tumble drying a delicate garment can lead to shrinkage, pilling, and other types of damage. Thank you for your inquiry.
