I ordered a solid throw, was sent the wrong product ( it's striped, not solid) The tag on this throw clearly states it's a solid, the wrong tag is on the wrong package. How is this return handled since this is your error?

Hi Sally. The Company Cotton™ Cadence Solid Throw - Taupe. 100% premium cotton. Jacquard woven in a textural waffle stitch. Throw has fringe trim on two sides. This taupe pattern should match the Company Cotton™ Cadence Solid Decorative Square Pillow Cover - Taupe on your order. In addition to the label on the outside of the package and on your packing slip, please check the tag that is attached or sewn onto the throw itself. That should include the item number and name of the product. If that is incorrect, please contact our customer service group at 1-800-323-8000. They will arrange for your postage free return and replacement order.
