I really liked the level of firmness and the cushioning of the down alternative filling. The material feels very breathable and did not get too warm overnight.
My only critique is that I think it is slightly too thick. While my head did feel supported, my neck was bent a little far forward when lying on my side and my back. I’ll see if it flattens more over time. However, it is clearly of great quality and is incredibly comfortable!

I sleep hot and have not had any issues with this pillow. While it is super stuffed it is very breathable. I sleep on my back and side and it gives great support. I normally wake up with neck discomfort with larger pillows but after one week I have had no complaints. When you wash this pillow throw in tennis or wool balls and it will come out just as fluffy as it was upon receipt. I plan on replacing all of the pillows in my home with these.

It does have give to it, but not to that degree. As far as quality, the outside fabric is definitely very tough and will last.
