Definitely soft (really presses down but still supportive) so if you’re sensitive to that, I would move up to a firmer line. But so far it’s a great value and I’m really happy about it.

I love the packaging that this came in— a semi clear pillowcase bag with a handle. I will keep it for convenience of traveling. The pillow is great to sleep on however it fell slightly short of my expectations. I ordered the pillow recommended for stomach sleepers, since I sleep on my stomach, but I found it to be too flat. The other pillow I use (can’t recall the brand) is better than this one. Still, I am happy with it and it will be kept on the bed with my other 2 pillows as I tend to change them out thru out the night. Perhaps I should have ordered one for side sleepers if that would’ve been slightly more firm and supportive. This one just feels like I’m laying on flat feathers.. does have a luxury hotel feel too them though!

It is expensive but once you sleep on it you can tell the quality. I sleep mainly on my back and the firmness is perfect and does not lose its shape easily, providing great support for your neck. The pillow came with a storage bag if you would ever like it put it away. If you have never slept with a down pillow you are missing out.
