I bought this pillow thinking that since it was “Best Down Premium” in medium support that it would do just that. I am sad to say that for such an expensive pillow, it does not deliver what I thought I was getting. I had earlier ordered a king-size down pillow from here and loved it, although it turns out that it’s too big for me, but it’s soft and if I fold it at the end, it’s very comfortable. I was hoping that this one would be just like it but in a size more suited to my needs. Sadly, it just isn’t. It’s like a completely different pillow.
