I purchased this comforter for a semi outdoor sleeping space in the mountains. Nights start warm and get chilly all summer long and we were finding with down that we were pulling layers on and off all night. Not so with this comforter! It provides a nice weight and does regulate our temperatures beautifully. We use with a linen duvet cover and by morning we pull a Pendleton blanket over the top and are cozy and snug even when there it gets cold enough to frost. Ill be switching all our comforters to wool and the geese can rest easy.. wool seems a lot more sustainable and kinder than down.

No real help offered, just the suggestion to cancel order and try again, as though time isn’t also a commodity to be respected. If the order quality wasn’t so good I would definitely shop elsewhere.

I live in the California SF Bay Area (south bay) and it has kept me perfectly toasty for the month of feb (outdoor temps range from 29-50F). I don't even have to have the heat running and I sleep great. Before I would occasionally wake up due to being too cold if I left the heater off.
The wool really does adjust to my body temp. The only problem is the cover used and what you wear can affect how warm you'll sleep. Cheap cotton cover and thick sweats do have me overly warm, but not unbearably so (mildly sweaty and dehydrated). If I'm wearing shorts and a tshirt, then it's perfect, even on warmer nights, I don't overheat.
The size is great esp if you have dogs. There is plenty of blanket for you and your partner. You can even have a dog sleeping over the blanket in the middle and there's still plenty of blanket. The only downside is your options for duvet covers are limited ($$$) due to the unusual size.

Is there any polyester in this comforter? I have seen other companies claim that their comforter has a 100% cotton cover with 100% wool fill but when people take it apart there is a thin film of polyester keeping things together.

A: Hi Jackie. The All Seasons Wool Comforter measures 90"" x 96"" in the Queen size. Our down and down alternative filled comforters are a soft filled item and so your duvet cover does not have to be an exact fit. With a 90"" length, this means you are only short 3"" at the top and 3"" at the bottom, which is doable. Our All Seasons Wool Comforter has a 500 GSM wool fill and will be more dense than our down and down alternative filled comforters. This comforter is soft and warm and does get softer over time with use. You should be able to make this work, if that is what you are used to doing. Our duvet covers are designed to be the same size as our comforters as most customers prefer. Thank you for your inquiry.
