Excellent for transitional weather when light down quilt is too much but cotton blanket is not enough. This is a nice weight. But when our bedroom gets over 72 degrees this becomes too warm. I think this will work well when we have the AC on.

I decided to return this blanket because I prefer the color to white, but this is by far the nicer of the two--definitely worth the extra money. The fabric is soft, smooth and high quality. It's very well made. The stitched pattern is very nice. Overall a superior product. Had it been available in colors, I would definitely have chosen it over the La Crosse.

Nicely made; but, despite its relative thinness, hot sleepers will still find this down blanket too hot. The lesson we've taken is that any down product, no matter how light, is a no-no for hot sleepers.
