The blanket is perfect for those guys who have that extra body heat. It’s lightweight and keeps the sleeper just cool/ warm enough for a good nights sleep. Doesn’t slip off of the bed and the green does well with those woodsy themes.

I tried a couple cheap options and finally decided to go with a reputable brand, all-cotton solution. This quilt is breathable, yet has the weight to drape well over your body and feel snug. It is perfect for FL living and expect it will suffice during spring, summer and fall months. I may add a light blanket in what little summer we get here in FL. It has a worn-sweatshirt softness and well-sewn pattern. The Navy is a heathered navy with a touch of gray - maybe a bit more gray than the picture suggests.

A: Hi Lorie Ann. The Air Layer Quilt will hold up well when laundered according to instructions: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Remove promptly from dryer; do not iron. Excessive washing is not recommended. For our family dog, we lay a cotton blanket on top our of quilt/comforter, and that is his place to snuggle/lay. A: The Air Layer Quilt. Shell: 100% cotton knitted. With any cotton knit, it may be possible for a dog's nails to snag the fabric. With our dog, we put another blanket or throw on top of our comforter, and that was her special place to curl up. Thank you for your inquiry.
