The softness level correlates to whether you’re a stomach, back, or side sleeper.

I would buy this again and again.
Love this pillow. I can't use down pillows because I'm allergic and most down substitutes are so uncomfortable, but this one is great. LOVE IT. I just wish they still had it available…I would have bought another one.

Just didn't work for me. It's a fine pillow, but I'm a side sleeper and it was too squishy and not supportive enough for my neck. My main complaint is that it's not packaged securely in fully zipped plastic during transit. One side of the zippered bag is plastic and the other is mesh. The pillows arrived with dust and detritus on them because of the mesh. My main concern is allergies, so honestly even if they'd been great pillows I probably would have sent them back.

Can you add fill to primaLoft Black Label down alternative pillow? The medium I received seems to be basically flat and would like to know if I can make it more firm by adding more fill.
