Perfect pillow for me
We all know that pillows are a very personal item. This pillow is perfect for me with just enough loft but also support. I like my head to sink in but not go flat. So far this is doing tge job. I’ll be ordering more

This pillow has that just-right feeling for some Zs. For a medium loft pillow it feels slightly more firm than soft, but it is definitely not firm. You can squish it into the shape you need around your neck and shoulders and it holds its shape

I first purchased the soft, and it was not comfortable because of the lact of loft, so I then ordered the medium. It arrived and after opening it saw it was the same as the soft. I believed that pillows were nonrefundable. I was asked to write a review a couple of weeks after I received them, and I mentioned this. The reply was I could contact to discuss further. I just read other reviews where customers were offered returns.
Both pillows are now very flat, no matter what I do to them. They fold in half!
I am very disappointed with The Company Store’s quality. I would have returned them, if I had known I could, or exchanged and tried the firm. It’s been over a month, so I am going to have to live with my expensive mistake. I should not have assumed that they were non-refundable. But, I had trouble returning a quilt and sham that was not the right color. I just wanted to exchange it for another color, but no exchanges. I had to call a couple of times to obtain a refund.
After many years as a customer, I shall shop elsewhere.

The feather and down is considered hypoallergenic because we undergo a rigorous, multi-step cleaning and purification process. This process removes dust, dirt, and allergens (like dander) from the down clusters, exceeding government cleanliness regulations to ensure the fill does not trigger allergic reactions in most users. HI Debbie. The LaCrosse™ Down & Feather Pillow. This pillow is 50% down/50% feathers. Since feathers do not have a fill power, we would not have a fill power number for this combination or for the fill power of only the down. However any down that we used in our pillows is at least a 500-550 fill power since we do not have down with any thing lower than 500. This pillow is available in Soft, Medium and Firm densities. We recommend the firm density for side sleepers, as this has the most amount of fill. Thank you for your inquiry.

Side sleepers should choose a firm, extra firm, or gusseted pillow that contours and cradles the head, neck, and shoulders, providing an even sleeping surface to help keep the body in a horizontal line.
