Reverse to a natural latex spray. This rug should be generally safe with precautions. It is best for you to follow your manufacture guidelines. A thicker rug such as this is a natural insulator, which can trap heat, reduce system efficiency, or accidentally overheat your floor's temperature sensors. Latex Backing: While safe, long-term exposure to high direct heat can eventually cause the latex backing to dry out, break down, or stick to the heated tile. We would advise using a separate Rug Pad specifically labeled as safe for radiant heat. Thank you for your inquiry.
