Perfect blanket for a kid

I bought this an the completely wrong item was shipped. I called and the customer service agent said that the product would not be available for another 4 months since it was now out of stock. They said the would overnight the Swan Princess print

I bought this an the completely wrong item was shipped. I called and the customer service agent said that the product would not be available for another 4 months since it was now out of stock. They said the would overnight the Swan Princess print instead so it would arrive before Christmas. It is now January 5th and I still have yet to receive either the Dino throw or the Swan Princess Throw, despite having mailed back the item wrongly sent to me in the first place.
I thought I had heard good things about the company store, but I'm honestly not sure at this point if it is a scam.
