Cotton percale is a fabric that is smooth to the touch and perfect for a great sleep experience, but it does wrinkle more easily. For best results wash in cold, gentle cycle, tumble dry low, removing from dryer immediately and hand smooth when folding. We recommend using wool dryer balls in the dryer (we have them online, item 10027, if you do not already have them) to soften the fabric and help facilitate drying time. Cotton percale is phenomenal for a great sleep experience, but it is not wrinkle-free and, as stated online, a warm iron may be used as needed. Be sure to stay away from hot temperatures when washing and drying (we recommend washing cold, gentle cycle, tumble dry low) and remove from the dryer as soon as dry. Also, using wool dryer balls in the dryer (we have them online, item 10027, if you do not have them already) will help to keep the sheets rotating in the dryer to alleviate creasing and also facilitate drying time. We hope this helps with any issues you are having. Hello. I bought the Percale Euro shams and they look nothing like these pictures. I have the correct size pillows. How do you fold the sleeve to keep the pillow hidden and the edging out like a ruffle would be? Can't keep these closed, seem loose.

This sham is designed to fit our 26" x 26" square Euro sized pillow inserts. Just insert your pillow using the envelope closure on the back of the sham. If your pillow is the correct size and is full enough, you should have the desired look.
