Customer Reviews & Questions
Review Summary
Summarized by generative AI from text of customer reviews
Customers overwhelmingly praise these bath mats for exceptional softness, plushness, and absorbency, with many describing the feel as stepping on a cloud. The Turkish cotton material earns consistent acclaim for durability and texture retention after washing. Vibrant, accurate colors delight reviewers who often purchase multiple coordinating pieces. However, some customers express disappointment that the product functions more like a large towel than a traditional bath mat, expecting thicker cushioning for shower use. Despite this functional mismatch concern, most reviewers remain highly satisfied and express intent to repurchase.

I’m very happy with this Turkish cotton bath mat. The navy color is rich and looks great in the bathroom, and the 20" x 36" size is perfect for placing in front of the shower or bathtub. The cotton feels soft and comfortable underfoot, while the mat is thick enough to absorb water well without feeling bulky. It also has a nice, high-quality feel and looks more expensive than it is. Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality, size, and appearance.

What is the thickness of this mat? I want to make sure it will clear the door. Also, is this mat reversible, similar to a hotel design?

Hi Dave ~ The thickness of the bath mat is 1/4 "". It is advertised as a bathmat, not a rug. We do have the Company Cotton Bath Rug 59093 that is 1/2"" thick. That rug comes in many sizes and a large variety of colors that match the towels. If you need assistance, please contact customer service at 800-323-8000. Thank you for your inquiry.
