Also, my mattress with topper is 17" deep and this does not wrap around more than two corners at once. Bought zumber locks which solved that problem. Not a bad sheet at all, it's nicer than cheap cotton sheets - but not 100% what I was expecting and I don't feel like it's worth what I paid.

Cotton linen blend. The only reason I rated this sheet a 3 star is because it is so heavy. I prefer the lightweight of all linen sheets from Company Store are. It is high quality as are all of their sheets, but way too heavy for my preference.
