Cotton linen blend. The only reason I rated this sheet a 3 star is because it is so heavy. I prefer the lightweight of all linen sheets from Company Store are. It is high quality as are all of their sheets, but way too heavy for my preference.

Super smooth, crisp, and cool—our combed cotton percale is lightweight, cool and are super soft to the touch, perfect for warm nights or hot sleepers. 300-thread count, 100% combed cotton percale. Both sheet collections are breathable. The classic percale may be slightly more durable with the all cotton content, however when care instructions are followed, both sheet collections should give you comfortable use season after season.
