Hi Lake girl. Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the Outdoor Cushion Headrests did not arrive with consistent strap lengths and Velcro placement. Because these headrests are custom made, there can occasionally be slight variations; however, we understand how frustrating it was to have to make modifications yourself in order to fit your lounge chairs properly. We appreciate you taking the time to share these details, as consistency and quality are important to us. As these are custom-made items, they are not eligible for return. That said, we have shared your comments with our product team for review, as customer feedback helps us identify opportunities for improvement. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Hi. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re very sorry for the frustrating experience you had with your Sunbrella Headrest - Silver and truly appreciate you sharing your feedback; the cushion you ordered was unfortunately canceled due to unavailability, which can occur for several reasons, including multiple customers attempting to order the same item, as orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. We also understand that after the cushion was canceled, you wanted to cancel the headrest, but because this product comes directly from our vendor, we cannot cancel those orders automatically and needed to reach out to the vendor, who informed us that it could not be canceled. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused and want to note that we offered the option to return the product once received, and we appreciate your patience as we worked to address this situation. If you need any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at 1-800-323-8000, or you may email us at custserv@thecompanystore.com. Please note, we recommend contacting us via phone for immediate assistance. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Hi. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with the Sunbrella Headrest. We’re truly so sorry to hear that it didn’t meet your expectations. We completely understand how disappointing it can be when a product doesn’t fit quite the way you hoped—especially when it’s something meant to bring extra comfort to your space. That’s never the experience we want for our customers, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused. The Velcro placement is designed to work with a variety of lounge chair styles, but we know it may not provide a perfect fit for every chair. We truly appreciate you going the extra mile to sew on your own Velcro to make it work better for your setup—that shouldn’t have been necessary, and we’re so sorry you had to make those adjustments yourself. It may also help to know that the Sunbrella Headrest is designed to pair beautifully with our chaise lounge cushion, creating a more secure fit and a cohesive look. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we’ll be sharing your comments with our product team as we work to improve our designs. We truly regret that this fell short of your expectations, and we’re so grateful for your honesty and understanding. If you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at 1-800-323-8000, or you may email us at custserv@thecompanystore.com. Your satisfaction is important to us.
