I received this product complimentary from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I really wanted to like this duvet cover, but I’m honestly not very impressed. I love the color and the material is soft, but it’s quite thin and gets so wrinkled. Even after washing and drying it, the wrinkles don’t really come out unless you iron the whole thing. It does have corner ties on the inside and buttons along one end to keep everything secure, which is helpful. I just wish it didn’t wrinkle so much because it makes my bed look kind of messy instead of the classy look I was going for.

To help minimize wrinkles, we recommend drying the collection on a low heat setting, removing it promptly from the dryer, and smoothing it by hand before folding or placing it on the bed. With regular use and laundering, the fabric should gradually relax and soften. Extremely lightweight. Doesn't look like the picture. A queen size is more like a large throw size, so im using it as a blanket to snuggle with on the couch. The color isnt the best either.

With the material and washing , Would you recommend a king for a queen bed without a foot board or wooden side boards or does the queen come to the floor enough not to have to buy a bed skirt?

Hi Annie. The Company Cotton™ Solid Ruffle Garment Washed Cotton Percale Duvet Cover. 200-thread-count 100% combed cotton percale.
Garment washed for a soft, lived-in hand. Duvet cover has a button closure. Four interior corner ties attach to comforter (sold separately) corner loops to secure both in place. The queen size duvet cover is designed to fit over our queen comforter of the same size, 90" x 96". If you are using this duvet to cover a queen size comforter, that is the size you should purchase. The king size duvet cover measures 108" x 96" and designed to fit our king size comforters of the same size. Our comforters and duvet covers will fit on top of your mattress and hang down just far enough on 3 sides to meet the top of your box spring or foot board if you have one, depending on the depth of your mattress. A traditional queen mattress is 60" x 80", so the comforter and duvet cover will cover the mattress with 15" overhang on each side and 16" at the foot of the bed. If you have a king comforter and duvet cover and place it on a queen mattress as you are asking, you will have 24" overhang on each side and 16" at the foot of the bed. Our comforters are not designed to hang down to the floor.
