My table is round/square shape and on the smaller side. Normal placements leave space between mats when set up. These placemats are quite large in size and do overlap a bit on my table. No biggie, but it does bother my OCD a bit. 😜
I love the neutral color and the fringe on the ends is again, a little something "extra" that adds to the feel. My only complaint comes in at washing. They are quite thin, and the light coloring means they got washed after the first nights dinner. I did notice they were very bunched up and wrinkled going washer to dryer, but assumed they would iron out in the dryer. They did not. They did shrink in size a bit, mostly because they are so tightly wrinkled. Even if you iron them flat, it's hard to get them back into that original shape and size.
Overall, I enjoy them and they look nice, but I won't want to go through all the work to use them often if they will need to be pressed each time.

At times I need to fit a full set of cutlery, a large plate and charger, and glassware, and it was no problem with these placemats.
The muted grey/blue color is really nice. I can dress them up or down, and the fringe detail gives it some fun texture.
They aren’t ideal for my 3 and 5 year old who spill a bit of everything, as we do have a few stains already, but they are washable and I hang dry them.
They are also light in weight and durable for mostly adult use.
