Serene™ Foam 2 in. mattress topper is enhanced with Supportive Air Technology, increasing the level of support without compromising comfort, reducing pressure on critical areas of the body, including hips and shoulders, to prevent tossing and turning throughout the night. Serene™ Foam reduces motion transfer for an uninterrupted night’s sleep. Serene™ Foam is not temperature sensitive, so body heat dissipates quickly for a cooler night’s sleep. The topper features a double knit chevron cover which allows greater airflow providing a cooler and more comfortable night's sleep. The stretch to fit skirt fits mattresses up to 18 in. thick.

The product is great. Very comfortable and as advertised. For the price, I expected a better user experience/customer service. My box arrived totally damaged, it wasn’t even sealed. While I understand the damage occurred in shipping, it clearly wasn’t packaged securely before it left the warehouse. I reached out for support, as I now was questioning the integrity of the unsealed product, and they told me there was nothing they could do. I could either keep it or pay to return it, which didn’t seem fair as the error occurred on their end before the product arrived to me. I asked a follow up question, and never heard back. I kept the product and am enjoying it, but I expected a better user experience considering the price of the product/investment made.

I decided to buy the latex topper instead of memory foam. The memory foam is flammable and you can't use a heating pad with it. Also the memory foam can be sqished down to a few millimeters whereas the latex has more substance.

Has this been certified by any of oekotex certipur or greenguard? What is the chemical that's offgassing? It's been 4 days airing it out in a ventilated room and repeatedIy working it and it still smells kinda strong, also hands are sticky after handling.

We recommend to remove the foam topper from the packaging right away upon receipt. The off-gassing process usually subsides within a few hours to a few days. While memory foam off-gassing is a common occurrence resulting in a chemical smell, it's generally not considered harmful for most people, though it can be irritating for those with sensitivities. We have been unable to locate a purchase order for this product for you, with the information provided.
