Q:
Hi there! I bought a sample and tested how to wash it. I wiped with water and tried one with a Clorox wipe, both wiped off some ink. What is the recommended form of cleaning?

A: Hi Ashley. The Wildwood Traditional Wallpaper is considered úWashableù so should be able to be cleaned with a damp cloth and some mild detergent. Too much water or pressure may wipe off some ink. For care instructions we recommend: Wallcovering can be cleaned by gently wiping with a clean white damp cloth or sponge or by carefully using the soft brush attachment of a vacuum. Do not use any cleaning agent. Spot clean. Use damp microfiber cloth with distilled water. No harsh scrubbing or chemical cleaners, will damage the ink. Thank you for your inquiry.
